Pre-arrangements
At Frary Funeral Home we offer full service Pre Arranged Funeral consultations at no cost or obligation.
When you Pre-Arrange and Pre-Fund your Funeral Arrangements you are creating a peace of mind knowing that a plan is in place.
Your family will share in this peace of mind because they will no longer have to ask the two hardest questions:
What would they have wanted?
Did I do the right thing?
When you Pre-Arrange a Funeral service the following events will take place:
- A permanent record of your vital statistic information, family members and life history will be made. These items would be used to construct an obituary notice and properly complete a Death Certificate. Also military discharge papers, form DD-214 can be photocopied and attached the file for future honors
- We will discuss the type of Funeral Services and you would like and record those wishes.
- We will assist you in selecting a Casket and a Burial Vault; we will show you all the options available to you.
- After all the information is recorded, an itemized contract would be filled out to reflect the total cost of:
- Funeral Home Service Charges-Charges by the Funeral Home for individual services based on our General Price List.
- Funeral Merchandise Cost- Casket, Burial Vault, Memorial Package, Urn..ect
- Cash Advance Items – Third Party Charges: Clergy Honorarium, Organist, Grave Opening, News Paper Notice.
- When totaled this will equal the Funeral Price, if you decide you would like to pay for the services at that time the Funeral cost becomes guaranteed, your family will never be asked for any more money…..period. How can that be?
- If you decide to fund the arrangements your check is sent to the Funeral Trust Company and deposited into an account set up under your name and your social security number. A customer account number will be issued to you and you will receive statements periodically showing the balance with interest.
- This is always your money, if you decide to cancel at any time you will be refunded your money plus all accrued interest. The Funeral Home cannot collect any funds until services are provided and a proper Certified Death Certificate is sent to the trust company.
