Growing up in the same neighborhood as the Otis family was a privilege. From hearing the crackle of the bedsheets frozen and drying on a winter’s day on Mrs. Oris’s clothesline to her hysterical laugh as she plucked tomatoes from my father’s garden in the summer – Barbara Otis will always be one of the centerpieces of our childhood. May she rest in peace and may her children and their families be comforted by only the best memories.

I would like to thank Ryan and Mike Frary as well as all of their assistants for their wonderful professionalism and a job so well done.
During such a difficult time knowing and being able to trust that every detail will be handled and that nothing is too much to ask is a rare gift to a family in mourning. Thank you all.

I’d also like to thank everyone who was able to attend Mom’s viewing/service, who sent flowers, Mass cards and condolences of any kind. After the wake and seeing all the love and respect that was shown today for Mom, I know we all went home with a lighter heart.

    Thank you all so much!!
