Funeral services for Beatrice Disotell, age 70, of Rensselaer Ave., Ogdensburg, will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at Notre Dame Church with Rev. F. James Shurtleff officiating.Interment will be at Foxwood Memorial Park.Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 23, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. at Frary Funeral Home.Mrs. Disotell passed away on Friday, November 20, 2009, at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center.

Mrs. Disotell is survived by her daughter, MichelleDisotell, Ogdensburg; her sister, Diane Foster, Ogdensburg, four grandchildren, Jacelyn Molton, Mackenzee Holland, Aberhym Disotell, and Mattie McLean; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by five brothers, Bernard, Thomas, Robert, Ronald and Paul Pray; and one sister, Leah. Mrs. Disotell was born on February 20, 1939 in Ogdensburg, the daughter of John and Lillian Gagnon Pray.She graduated from OFA in 1956. She married Leonard Disotell, on December 28, 1957 at St. Mary’s Cathedral.Mr. Disotell passed away in 2004. Mrs. Disotell first worked at Lavigne’s Laundry.Later she went to work for Shade Roller and retired from there as a machine operator.While working at Shade Roller, she was also the Union Treasurer.She enjoyed playing bingo, and spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends.

    I Was Saddened to hear of the loss of your Mom. I have so many wonderful memories of Aunt Judy and all the times I shared with her as a child. She was always so Much fun ! She will Truly be Missed. My heart goes out to you and your children . May you find Comfort in Knowing that God has Promised Strength for the day, Rest for the Labor, and Light for the way, Grace for the Trails,Help from above,Unfailing Sympathy, and Your Mothers Undying Love. Though she has left from here in your Heart she will always be Near..
