Lorna L. Rinehart

A Memorial Service for Lorna L. Rinehart, age 70, of Ogdensburg, NY and formerly from Rostraver Township, will be held in Belle Vernon, PA, at a future date at the convenience of the family members. Arrangements are entrusted to Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg. Ms. Rinehart passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018, at her home.

Lorna is survived by three sisters, Pamela Strubakis, Debbie Rinehart Cannon and Sandra Rinehart; a cousin, Michael Craun; nieces, Joanne Strubakis and Laura Perez; nephews, David Ward and Jessie Sutton Jr. ; three great nephews, Nathan, Brandon and Dylan Rivers. She also had a special friend for over 70 years, Bob Olivett. She is predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Lenora Rinehart and two brother-in-laws, Michael Strubakis and Tommy Cannon.

Lorna was born on March 2, 1947, in Charleroi, PA, daughter of Joseph and Lenora Stagi Rinehart. She graduated Pittsburg Public Schools Practical Nursing Program with Honors in 1970. Lorna continued in that profession until she retired from Florida Hospital South in Orlando, FL, to take care of her parents.

She enjoyed Church, spending time with family and friends, crocheting, cooking, baking and trips to out West.

    My wonderful aunt Lorna words cannot express how much you mean to me and our family. We miss you so very much but I know we will see you again. We enjoyed having you with us and I enjoyed all of our conversations and how we would talk about everything. I love you and I’m blowing a million kisses to the sky.

    Feel so blessed that lorna came into my life three and half years ago. She was a special person and will always hold dear our times together. She’s with the Lord and so joyful. I look forward to seeing her again you all have my deep sympathy. She is one who will be missed

    Lorna,thank you for being a good n dear friend to me.I miss you are missed very much, but I know you are in a better placen no more pain.I will see you again.yoj came into my life at the back of the chur h, GOD put us together for a readon, I am glad HE did.thank you for being my friend,till then Love you.
