Melody A. Donahue

Melody A. Donahue, age 59, of Ogdensburg, NY, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2019, at her home. Per her request, there will be no funeral services or calling hours. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.

Melody is survived by her companion, Henry LaFave, Sr. of Ogdensburg, NY; her mother, Joan Anson of Hermon, NY; her children, Trina Roach of Ogdensburg, NY, Henry LaFave, Jr. and his companion, Alicia, of Franklin, NC and Jessica LaFave and her companion, Rodney Thompson, of Fredericksburg, VA; several sibilings and two grandchildren, Gavin LaFave and Peyton Sorensen.

Melody was born on July 22, 1959, in Rochester, NY, the daughter of Joan Anson. She attended Ogdensburg Free Academy. Melody was a homemaker most of her life.

Melody enjoyed camping, listening to music, visiting with friends, spending time with her grandchildren and her dog, Nova. She was a devoted wife. Melody’s family meant the world to her. She had a heart of gold. She was the most selfless, beautiful soul there was.
