Paul A. Miller

Paul A. Miller, 77, of Massena, passed away on October 1, 2025 at Canton Potsdam Hospital after a brief illness. Calling hours will be held on October 22, 2025 from 1pm to 2pm followed by a gathering at Frary Funeral Home, Massena.

Paul was born on July 1, 1948 in Springfield, Massachusetts to the late James and Edith (Luzy) Miller. He graduated from Springfield Massachusetts high school. He then went to University of Massachusetts where he earned his bachelor's degree in accounting. In 1974 Paul enlisted in the United States Army and served his country for 10 years. Once he was honorably discharged, he joined the Army Reserve and was their auditor for another 24 years.

Paul married Carol Owens on April 14, 2002. Paul enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his family.

Paul is survived by his wife Carol Miller of Galveston, his son; William Miller of Ogdensburg, his brother; George Miller of Massena, his sister; Helen O'Connell of McKinney, Texas, his step children; Deborah Cider of Santa Fe Texas, Charles McCurray and Edmond Terracino both of Galveston Texas, and Anthony Terracino of Middletown, NY, grandchildren; Dorothy Crider of Santa Fe, Texas and Christopher Terracino of Port Jarvis, NY. He was also blessed to have nine great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents, James and Edith, and two brothers Wayne and Aldon Miller.
