Frances I. Reynolds

Funeral Services for Frances I. Reynolds, age 92, of Ogdensburg, NY, will be held on Friday, February 23rd, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Frary Funeral Home in Ogdensburg with Deacon David Demers officiating. A visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in the Spring in Ogdensburgh Cemetery. Mrs. Reynolds died on Tuesday evening, February 13th, 2024 at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.

Frances is survived by her children, Colleen Bice and her husband, Clifton, of Ogdensburg, NY, and Michael Reynolds and his wife, Diane Bean, of Ogdensburg, NY. She is survived by her grandchildren; Tammy (Scott) Moore, Victor Gagnon III (Carol Brothers), Michael Bice (Colleen Evans), Daniel (Julie) Bice and Eric (Chelsea) Reynolds. Her daughter-in-law Renee Reynolds and her brother-in-law Jerry Howes also survive her as well as several great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Harold Reynolds, her children; Patrick Reynolds and Nancy Reynolds, her siblings; Theodore "Ted" Wells and Nancy Howes.

Frances was born on March 2, 1931, in Ogdensburg, NY, the daughter of the late Theodore Fred and Ethel (Berry) Wells. She graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy class of 1949. Frances married Harold O. Reynolds on January 16, 1951. He predeceased her on August 4, 1996. Frances spent her life's work taking care of her family. She loved Bingo, Cardinals, knitting and crocheting, most of all she loved spending time with her family.
